BURLINGTON, VT (January 24, 2018) – NBT Bank President of New England Matthew Durkee announced Emily Cabral has been promoted to Assistant Vice President and Commercial Banking Relationship Manager.
In this position, Cabral is responsible for developing and managing business relationships with commercial customers. She is based at NBT Bank’s Vermont Regional Headquarters located at 150 Bank Street in Burlington.
Cabral has ten years of commercial banking experience. She joined NBT Bank in 2012 as senior credit analyst in the bank’s Credit Support Division and was responsible for reviewing and analyzing commercial loan applications. Prior to joining NBT Bank, she was a field examiner at People’s United Bank in Burlington where she audited the financial records of commercial loan customers.
A resident of Williston, Cabral earned her bachelor’s degree from Cornell University. She is a board member on Vermont’s Chapter of the Risk Management Association and is the chairperson for the Young Professionals/Bankers Planning Committee. She also serves in the community coaching youth ice hockey and is the Vermont State Director for Girls’/Women’s Hockey.
